About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in IT support, software development, and troubleshooting, helping you build a strong foundation for a career in technology. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support the IT team in maintaining and upgrading systems.
• Help with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Work on database management, system security, and backups.
• Participate in IT projects related to development, automation, and cybersecurity.
• Document technical procedures and assist in user training.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months-1 year experience
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Familiarity with networking, software development, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
