Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Executive is to generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. This job description will focus on candidates with fresh experience, meaning those who have recently graduated or have minimal work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Develop and execute effective outbound marketing and sales campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services
- Generate new leads and build a pipeline through cold calling and email outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Identify client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business decisions
- Manage and update the company's CRM system with accurate and relevant information
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the organization
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing leadership on campaign success and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Fresh experience, such as recent graduates or those with minimal work experience, will be considered
- A passion for sales and business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
